The Strand is located in Naples, Collier County, Florida.  This 575 +acre community is situated on the northwest quadrant of I-75 and Immokalee Road.  The community’s main amenity is a 27-Hole Championship Golf Course, which opened November, 1997.  The Club’s facilities include a 55,000 square foot, luxuriously appointed Clubhouse featuring a Pro Shop, Dining Rooms, Grand Ballroom, Charleston Room, Living Room, Board Room, Multi-Media Center, Locker Rooms and Administrative Offices.

The Club’s amenities includes an “Aqua” Practice Range, Putting Green, Har-Tru Tennis Courts, a full Basketball Court, Children’s Playground, Fitness Facility and Junior Olympic Swimming Pool,.  The golf course covers 203 acres and The Club site covers 13 acres, with various residential neighborhoods surrounding the golf course.  The Club is comprised of 75 acres of lakes and 96 acres of preserves.

All residents of The Strand are Social Members in The Club with the option to upgrade to an Enhanced Social Membership, Sports Membership or Golf Membership..Memberships are available to residents as well as non-residents of The Strand, with a total of 600 full golf members.

The Strand includes a 30-acre shopping center fronting Immokalee Road. Tenants include Publix, Shell Oil, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank and several small services and restaurants.  Adjacent to the shopping center is The Strand Professional Park, an 11-building office condominium park.

The residential land covers 158 acres with the density varying from single-family homes to multi-family condos and detached villas.  The Strand’s beauty lies in its rolling fairways, natural lakes and preserves, mature trees and lush landscaping.
